The Tarot Spot

I have been a Tarot reader for over ten years and love to use my cards to help guide folk along their path. I don't use my cards to tell fortunes, but to help you find your way in an otherwise confusing or difficult situation, to help to work out what to do next to make the most of what you have and so on. Together with my intuition and help from my spirit guides sometimes, I am able to show you the possibilities that are within your reach and how you might get there. I can often tell you about your past and what brings you to this point in your life and how that may shape your future. Your future though, is just that - yours and I will not be trying to get you to change that, only to work with what you have. The future is never set in stone, as what you do today, tomorrow or even in the next 5 minutes can alter it all. My job is to help you to see more clearly what is in front of you and to make the best use of your time and energy.

Your reading will be done with a minimum of three cards, and takes around 1-2 hours to complete.  It will be sent to you via email to your preferred address so please make sure that dragonstarot.com is in your allowed list.  The reading will be at least two pages long and often more.

I have prepared this reading using the ‘Find Your True Self’ Spread and the question: “Who am I ?”

Current Situation: Six of Wands

Here I am seeing not so much the rider in the foreground of this card but the hooded figures following him and carrying the spoils of his hunting trip. I feel that these figures are a symbol of how you are at this present time, hooded, unable to see clearly what is in front of you, and also you view of the present and the future being obscured by the male horse rider. He symbolises the past and the fact that despite all, the past still rides out in front of you, creating blockages and holding you back from seeing your path forward. If you take a look in front of the rider, the path is narrow, full of potholes and obstacles, but it does still lead forward. In order to see your way clearly along this path there is a definite need to clear the past out of the way, to put it back in its place and thereby prevent it from being a blockage for you any more.

Why it isn't/is working: Seven of Cups

This card shows someone lost in their own thoughts, day dreaming. I feel that you are possibly unconsciously placing blockages in front of yourself by being unable to let go of the past, allowing it to pervade your thoughts even in your daytime activities. This prevents you from finding your path and your true place in this life. You will notice that even though the person in the image is looking down on six cups in the water, signifying the drowning of emotions, there is still a cup beside him, within his reach should he choose to reach out and take it. Bring your thoughts into focus on the solid things around you now such as your family and your home and focus on them to keep you walking on the path to recovery.
